Insurer Ordered to Defend Legal Malpractice Suit

The insurer for the now-dissolved firm in the underlying malpractice suit, Lee & Amtzis, had denied coverage based on exceptions such as the policy shall not apply to any claim arising out of the insured's capacity as an officer or employee of a business enterprise.
