Panel Reinstates Tenants' Class Action Over Sober Living Arrangement

Occupants of a so-called "sober house" sufficiently argued they were entitled to rent-regulation protections, a Brooklyn appeals court ruled in reinstating a putative class action and ordering it to be heard by a different judge.
