A partnership of the Kaufman Organization and affiliates of Lubert-Adler Management have purchased an 11-story office building at 27-35 W. 24th St. for $55.5 million. Also, technology group 10GEN Inc. will be moving its Manhattan offices to the former New York Times building, vacating 578 Broadway after its lease expires in April.
