• Blank Rome has added William Bennett III as of counsel in the international and maritime litigation and ADR group. He was a partner at Bennett, Giuliano, McDonnell & Perrone.

• Michael Burke has joined the White Plains office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott as a member in the product liability group. He was an associate at Pillinger Miller Tarallo.

• Smith, Gambrell & Russell elected litigator Jonathan Kline to its partnership.

• Uniondale-based Ruskin Moscou Faltischek has elevated to partner Chava Eva Klein, real estate; Matthew Didora, litigation; and Jonathan Sullivan, litigation.

• Troutman Sanders has promoted to partner Heather Morehouse Ettinger, intellectual property; Xin He, intellectual property; and Joseph Walsh, corporate. The firm also promoted Mamta Shah, employee benefits and executive compensation, to of counsel.

• Moritt Hock & Hamroff has elevated three Garden City associates to of counsel: Theresa Driscoll, bankruptcy and creditors' rights; Brett Garver, corporate; and Stephen Turman, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditors' rights and trusts and estates litigation.
