• Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has added Guy Molinari as a partner on the mergers and acquisitions and securities team within the corporate, finance and real estate department. Molinari previously operated his own firm, providing general corporate advice to investors in distressed or developing businesses.

• Michael Rella has joined Murphy & McGonigle as a partner, focusing on complex litigation, SEC enforcement and white collar criminal defense matters. He was an associate at Vinson & Elkins.

• Andrews Kurth has added Thomas L'Helias as a partner in the corporate practice. He was a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski.

• Herrick, Feinstein has promoted to the partnership Barbaros Karaahmet, corporate department and cochair of the Turkish practice; Gina Mavica, real estate development and acquisitions and dispositions; Michael McMahon, cochair of the government relations group; and Frederick Schmidt, restructuring and bankruptcy.

• Duane Morris has promoted to partner Jessica Singh, trial practice, and Joanna Varon, employment, labor, benefits and immigration.

• Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto has elected to its partnership Elizabeth Holowacz, intellectual property matters related to the chemical arts; and Stephen Sullivan, intellectual property matters in biotechnology and chemistry.

• Carter Ledyard & Milburn has promoted to partner Karen Schiele, trusts and estates, and Mark Zancolli, litigation. The firm also promoted to counsel Judith Wallace, art law, environmental law, litigation and energy project development and finance.

• Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen has elevated Greg Kramer as a member. He focuses on securities and corporate finance, hedge funds, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

• Debevoise & Plimpton has promoted to counsel Dmitriy Tartakovskiy, mergers and acquisitions, and David Wicklund, leveraged finance.
