Legal Malpractice Claims Found to Fall Under Policy Exclusions

Eastern District Judge Leonard Wexler found that the exclusions apply to all claims in two suits filed against Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger and its partners because they arise out of out of separate business ventures linked to the firm's founding attorneys.
