• Morgan Lewis has added Will Iwaschuk as a partner in the investment management and securities industry practice. He most recently served as a vice president and associate general counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

• Joshua Raskin has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the intellectual property and technology practice, where he will focus on patent and trademark litigation. He was a partner with Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, where he was head of the intellectual property litigation group.

• Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman has promoted Douglas Heitner to partner in the transactional real estate group.

• Morrison & Foerster has elected to its partnership Ze'-ev Eiger, capital markets; Geoffrey Peck, financial transactions; Rufus Pichler, technology transactions; and Ruti Smithline, securities litigation, enforcement and white-collar.

• Ford Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser has promoted to partner Alfred D'Isernia, trademark, trade dress, copyright and unfair business; and Andrew Mandelbaum, complex commercial litigation.

• Olshan has promoted Elizabeth Gonzalez, corporate, and Jordanna Nadritch, bankruptcy and financial restructuring, to partner. Also, Jonathan Deblinger, corporate, has been promoted to of counsel.

• Hiscock & Barclay has promoted John Gaughan to the partnership. He is a member of the torts and products liability defense, commercial litigation and creditors' rights practices in Buffalo.

• Maureen Maney, a litigation partner at Hancock Estabrook in Syracuse, has been elected to the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York.

• Frank Santoro, a trusts and estates counsel at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale, has been elected to the board of directors of the Queens Botanical Garden.
