The Second Department said the Court of Appeals' review of the case did not contradict the fundamental basis for the two-year suspension: that Peter Galasso failed to perform his fiduciary duties as an attorney and safeguard clients' funds in a case where his brother and firm's bookkeeper embezzled millions of dollars.
