Panel Reinstates Sex Bias Suit Under City Human Rights Law

The First Department agreed with the trial court that a doctor's 'boorish' conduct was not severe or pervasive enough to allow his employees' case to go forward under the state Human Rights Law, but said that the city Human Rights Law had a much different standard.
