A 'Fundamentally Flawed' Grand Jury Forces Reversal

Taking what it called a rare step, an appeals court has reversed the conviction of a man for robbing a convenience store in 2010 because the evidence heard by grand jurors was so rife with inadmissible elements that it invalidated his identification.
