Pfau to Be Deposed in Attorney's Lawsuit Over 'Law and Order'

Supreme Court Justice Lucy Billings will allow Ravi Batra to question Justice Ann Pfau on comments she may have made when she was administrative judge for Kings County regarding his character in his efforts to prove a "Law & Order" episode allegedly based on the bribery case of Gerald Garson caused him damage.
