Southern District Magistrate Judge James Francis IV noted that more than 50 of the 63 pro se cases used "the same typewritten, photocopied complaint" and though the crux of the suits were that the beds were "uncomfortably short for inmates taller than five feet eleven inches, these form complaints do not allege any plaintiff's height."
