Lawyer Is Sanctioned for 'Bad Faith' Actions

A Rochester attorney was reprimanded and ordered to pay $7,500 in sanctions after Western District Judge Charles Siragusa found she had made misrepresentations to the court in an attempt to avoid dismissal of her client's case.
