Bahrain Judgment Found Enforceable in N.Y. State Court

A Manhattan judge has ruled that a $25 million judgment from the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution, a forum for litigating commercial disputes created in 2009, is equivalent to a court judgment and is enforceable in New York.
