The Unified Court System has proposed new rules establishing a voluntary alternative dispute resolution program in matrimonial actions as well as new amendments to 22 NYCRR §202.5-b authorizing commencement of small claims assessment review (SCAR) proceedings in text file format at the filing party's option.
