Both Parents and Nanny Ruled Responsible for Baby's Injuries

The inability of child protective services to identify exactly when during a three-month period an infant sustained multiple injuries did not doom a judge's finding of abuse and neglect against both the baby's parents and her nanny, an appellate court ruled yesterday.
