Norman B. Arnoff, who specializes in lawyers' and accountants' professional liability, writes that a review of recent enforcement cases illustrates that the PCAOB is vigorously pursuing its mission and that there are some issues in respect to the proceedings that need to be addressed to maintain the high level of progress and fairness that already has been achieved.
