• Chadbourne & Parke has elevated three New York attorneys to the partnership: Amy D'Agostino, corporate, antitrust; Clara Krivoy, corporate, securities; and Paul Tanck, litigation, intellectual property.

• Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has elected Anthony King, corporate, real estate, and David Shevlin, exempt organizations, as partners.

• Michael Reese, finance, has been named to the partnership of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

• Mayer Brown has promoted Michael Marion, tax transactions, to partner.

• Latham & Watkins has promoted four New York associates to partner: Stephen Amdur, corporate; Paul Kukish, corporate; Amy Maloney, project finance; and Graeme Smyth, finance. The firm also has promoted four associates to counsel: Michael Kuh, corporate; Veronica Relea, finance transactions; Benjamin Stern, capital markets, securities, corporate; and Virginia Tent, antitrust and trade regulation.

• Epstein Becker Green has elected Jeffrey Landes, Michael McGahan, and Amy Traub, all labor and employment, as shareholders, as well as Jay Gerzog, health care, life sciences; and Russell Adler, corporate services. The firm also has promoted Diana Gomprecht, labor and employment, to member.

• Sedgwick has elevated to the partnership John Seybert, insurance litigation, health care.

• SNR Denton has added Eddie Frastai as a real estate partner. He was special counsel at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.

• The Karlinsky litigation boutique has added Alexis Cirel as its second lawyer and a principal in the firm. Cirel, who focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, was a litigation associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman.

• Eastern District U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch has announced several promotions. Richard Hayes and Artemis Lekakis have been named deputy chiefs of the Civil Division. Hayes, who joined the office in 1991, has served as chief of the affirmative civil enforcement practice since 2006. Lekakis, who joined the office in 1998, specializes in defensive civil litigation. Meanwhile, Frank Amanat has been appointed as senior counsel in the Civil Division. He joined the office in 1997, most recently serving as the Civil Division's deputy chief.
