Court Seeks Billing Records From Attorney for Monied Spouse

Supreme Court Justice Lawrence Ecker has interpreted an amended provision in Domestic Relations Law to allow him to order the attorney for the monied spouse in a divorce action to disclose not only his total bill but also his billing records.
