Judge Faults Corroboration of Teen's Sex Abuse Claim

Brooklyn Family Court Judge Alan Beckoff has declined to make a finding that a teenager had been sexually abused in a case where the girl disappeared in the middle of proceedings and the judge said her incomplete testimony had been insufficiently corroborated.
