Long-Arm Law Puts Israel Terror Case in N.Y., Judges Say

A Lebanese bank's use of a New York account for multimillion-dollar wire transfers establishes sufficient basis under the state's long-arm statute for suing the banks in New York for Hezbollah rocket attacks on Israel in 2006, the state Court of Appeals ruled yesterday.
