An experimental merged court will be replaced by a Criminal Term of Supreme Court for felonies and a Criminal Court for misdemeanors, "just the way it was before the merger occurred in 2004," said Acting Supreme Court Justice Lawrence Marks, the state's first deputy chief administrative judge.
