Attorneys who successfully prosecuted a Fair Labor Standards Act case on behalf of migrant agricultural workers have been awarded $212,500 in fees and costs after a federal judge in Rochester found the complexity of the case and expertise of the lawyers justified compensation above prevailing local rates.
