Firm Loses Second Bid to Exit as Counsel to Imprisoned Attorney

After Mildred Didio was convicted in 2011 in connection with a real estate scam, her professional liability insurer notified her that it would no longer pay her legal bills. But Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry, the firm retained by the insurer, has again been ordered to continue representing her.
