New York Law Journal

May 8, 2012

John J. Aman, a support magistrate, reviews the Administration for Children and Families' Action Transmittal AT-11-05, which mandates that support payments withheld from an obligor's income are no longer to be sent directly to the obligee, instead they should be sent by the employer to the child support payment processing center in Albany, which will send it on to the obligee.
