New York Law Journal

April 25, 2012

Paparelli, a partner in Seyfarth Shaw, write that four years ago, one of the challenges to President Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for the presidency as a "natural born citizen" was based on his ostensible dual citizenship at birth and the divided loyalties that can result from multiple citizenships. Now in this election cycle, they note, reports of former Governor Mitt Romney's eligibility for Mexican citizenship have emerged.
