A unanimous panel of the Appellate Division, Second Department ruled last week that all 10 charges against matrimonial attorney Peter J. Galasso of Galasso, Langione, Catterson & LoFrumento for failure to show "appropriate vigilance over his firm's bank account" had been correctly sustained by a special referee.
