Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added Arthur Long as a partner. Previously a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, Long will continue to focus on the regulation of banks and other financial institutions.
Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen has added Claudio De Vellis as a member in the estate planning and administration practice. He was a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell.
Hand Baldachin & Amburgey has hired Stuart Nayman as a partner focusing on private and public company counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and private and public securities offerings. He was a partner at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr.
Goldberg Segalla has promoted two attorneys to partner: Sean McKinley, Workers' Compensation, Garden City, and Andrew Scholz, litigation, White Plains. Also, Brian Middlebrook, product liability, White Plains, has been promoted to special counsel.
