D.A. Seeks to Bar Enforcement of Ruling Finding Office Unethical

The D.A.'s papers faulted Blumenfeld's decision to sanction the office for an ethics violation by precluding it from using the courthouse statement of defendant Elisaul Perez on its direct case as "so clearly unauthorized," "clearly wrong" in its reasoning and "so very grave" in finding an "entire District Attorney's Office" guilty of ethical violations.
