CALABRESE — Motion by appellant Denise Calabrese on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 5, 2012, for leave to reargue her prior motion to be restored to possession of the premises pending appeal, which prior motion was denied by decision and order dated October 12, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court.
