ESTATE OF MARY DAVIS, Deceased — In this contested SCPA 2103 proceeding, the petitioners have served and filed a note of issue, certificate of readiness and statement of issues. Accordingly, the matter is placed on the court's ready-for-trial calendar of March 4, 2013. Counsel and any party who wishes to participate shall attend the conference prepared to discuss the issues and schedule a date certain for trial.
