ESTATE OF BERNARD L. PACELLA, Sr., Deceased — In this estate there are two pending proceedings: (1) an SCPA 2110 proceeding by an attorney who represented the former preliminary executor to fix his compensation; and (2) an SCPA 2103 proceeding commenced by the present administrator against the former preliminary executor. At the request of the parties, a conference was held before the court with respect to both proceedings.
