ESTATE OF DARIN FABRIZIO, Deceased (4111/A/B/09) — At the call of the calendar, the court granted petitioner's application for letters of ancillary administration in the estate of her brother, Darin Fabrizio. Letters of temporary administration previously issued to the Public Administrator are hereby revoked. Letters of ancillary administration shall issue to Melissa Fabrizio upon her qualifying according to law.
