ESTATE OF REEVES DIXON, Deceased — On the last adjourned date of this proceeding to determine the validity of a claim the parties indicated that to date, they have been unable to resolve all issues. With regard to the filed objections, the parties were apprised that the proceeding will appear on the readyfor-trial calendar of the court upon compliance with Uniform Rules for the Surrogate's Court (22 NYCRR) §§207.29 and 207.30.
