ESTATE OF DOROTHY ALETHIA BROWN MCCLEAN, Deceased — This is a proceeding for ancillary letters of administration. The petitioner, the decedent's daughter, was appointed administrator of the decedent's estate by the Circuit Court for Cook County, Illinois, her alleged domicile. It appears that the decedent possessed an interest in real property in New York which requires administration. The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance waived service of a citation and consents to the application. Accordingly, the application is granted and ancillary letters of administration shall issue to the petitioner (SCPA 1607).
