MATTER OF SHARON BLAU, pet, v. NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF VICTIM SERVICES, ET AL., res — Motion by the respondents in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 19, 2011, for leave to file a corrected DVD containing the complete hearing of certain proceedings, to permit the petitioner to serve and file a replacement brief, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
