FOR REINSTATEMENT MATTER of Andrew Bryant Livernois, voluntary resignor. (Attorney Registration No. 2877397) — Motion by Andrew Bryant Livernois for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Livernois was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 4, 1998. By decision and order of this Court dated September 17, 2007, Mr. Livernois's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
