JACK GARFIELD, ap, v. UNITED GENERAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, res — Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 7, 2011, which was dismissed by decision and of this Court dated April 17, 2012, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court entered June 6, 2012, which was determined by decision and of this Court dated April 17, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and of this Court dated April 17, 2012, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered June 6, 2012.
