ESTATE OF LOUISE MATTIACE, Deceased — In this application by a nephew of the decedent for the issuance of letters of administration, there was no appearance in opposition by any of the other alleged distributees. Accordingly, the application is granted, and letters of administration shall issue to the petitioner, subject to the provisions of SCPA 805 (3) with regard to the disposition of any real property.
