SERGEY SHUBA ap, v. CITY OF NEW YORK res — Application by the respondent Keyspan Energy Delivery New York pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered August 15, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the respondent Keyspan Engergy Delivery New York to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 28, 2013, and the brief of the respondent Keyspan Energy Delivery New York must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
