MATTER OF KEVIN JOYNER, ap, v. NEW YORK STATE DIVISION OF PAROLE, res — Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 29, 2012, and June 26, 2012, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 8, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
