ORDERED that the decision and of this Court dated December 10, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 14, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 26, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "January 18, 2013."
