SUFFOLK COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, RESPONDENT-ap, v. DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY APPELLANTS-res — Motion by Richard Steven Baron, Brian Harris Phinney, and Benjamin Lee Fruchey, attorneys in good standing in the State of Michigan, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant-respondent Hoyt Corporation on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
