DANIEL SERVELLI, ap, v. COUNTY OF WESTCHESTER RESPONDENTS def — Application by the respondent County of Westchester pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent County of Westchester to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 7, 2013, and the brief of the respondent County of Westchester must be served and filed on or before that date.
