TEREZIA ZULIC ap, v. GIANNI PERSICH res — Separate applications by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 28, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until February 1, 2013, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
