NEW YORK TELEPHONE COMPANY, res, v. SUPERVISOR OF TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD APPELLANTS def — Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 4, 2012, until February 4, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
