ESTATE OF GILBERT SCOTT-HERON, Deceased (2283/11) — Following a lengthy conference with the court after the call of the special calendar of December 19, 2012, the court ruled that the letters of temporary administration in the estate of Gilbert Scott-Heron, issued to Rumal Rackley, are extended to June 19, 2013. The application of Mr. Rackley for permanent letters of administration is denied without prejudice to renew upon the scheduling of a status hearing. The cross-motions of Raquiyah Kelly and Gia Scott-Heron are also denied without prejudice.

This decision, with a transcript of the proceedings, constitutes the order of the court.
