ESTATE OF ROSE FREUND-EISNER, Deceased. (0389/10) — The proposed compromise of the cause of action for the conscious pain and suffering of Rose Freund-Eisner was approved by order of Supreme Court, Queens County. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed. He is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and to execute the necessary receipts and releases. The administrator is further authorized to pay the sum of $14,258.78 to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in full satisfaction of its Medicare claim.

Attorney's fees and disbursements were approved by order of Supreme Court, Queens County, except for disbursements in the sum of $2,795, which are hereby approved. The net proceeds shall be paid to decedent's distributees as set forth in the petition.

The account is settled and the decree signed.
