ESTATE OF THERESA PICONE, Deceased — On the adjourned return date of this proceeding seeking a compulsory accounting and other relief, the attorney for the fiduciary indicated that the fiduciary entered into a contract to sell real property owned by the decedent. The parties stipulated on the record in open court that the proceeds of the sale are to be held in escrow by counsel for the fiduciary subject to further order of the court or the agreement of all interested parties. The remaining issues were adjourned to February 25, 2013.
