ESTATE OF BEATRICE SCHUMAN, Deceased — At the call of a special calendar, and for reasons stated extensively on the record, the court granted Marian Schuman's motion for summary judgment dismissing the objections filed by Jane Schuman and Ina Ebenstein to the probate of the will of Beatrice Schuman dated December 22, 2004.
